Sales Executive (Freight / Logistics)

JOB ROLE
1. Maintain existing customers and present company services to them.

2. Acquire and develop new customers.

3. Source business opportunities, prepare proposals, and provide quotations based on customer requirements.

4. Follow up and report progress updates to customers, especially in cases of frequent changes related to shipping lines, transportation agents, or customs regulations.

5. Act as a consultant to customers and provide solutions to resolve issues when needed.

6. Prepare weekly customer visit reports and monthly profit reports.

7. Evaluate and select qualified customers with good financial and payment histories.

8. Coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties.
Qualification

Gender: Male, Female or LGTBQ

Age: Open to all ages

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in any field

Experience : At least 1 month of sales experience; direct experience in the freight business will be an advantage
