Review and approve customs declaration documents received from the operation team
Plan and coordinate import/export cargo clearance with shipping agents to ensure timely release for all shipments
Check draft B/L, Invoice & Packing List, FORM, and other related documents to ensure accuracy before issuing final versions
Verify supporting documents before submission for customs clearance procedures
Supervise the preparation of registration, addition, or amendment of the Paperless system
Provide basic consultation and resolve customer inquiries regarding customs documents
Guide and support team members in understanding INV, PL, BL, Forms, licenses, and customs declaration procedures
Handle duty drawback processes in cases of FTA guarantee deposits, follow up on refund status, and coordinate receipt re-issuance requests from customers
Prepare daily clearance plans, manage seal issuance, and maintain records of seal numbers, truck license plates, driver names, and contact details every month
Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff within the department

Age: 30-45 Years
Education Level: High Vocational or higher
Experience : 3 - 5 Years
