1. Coordinate and liaise with shipping lines, agents, customers, sales, operations, and other related parties.
2. Enter shipment documents, check vessel arrival schedules and related costs to inform customers, arrange DO exchange appointments, and prepare original B/L.
3. Follow up on invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, licenses, and other related documents.
4. Communicate effectively with customers and handle immediate problem-solving professionally.
5. Provide consultation and respond to customer inquiries, including offering solutions when issues arise.
Coordinate internally and externally on all related operational matters.
